William Allan Hale obtained his auctioneer's license from Virginia in 1983 and formed his own
auction company in 1987.
In November, 2007 he completed continuing education at the Missouri Auction School.
Over 25 years he has gained experience with auctioning:

- Manufacturing, construction and farm equipment
- Service industry (restaurants, motels, trucking) equipment
